Commercial Accounting

Commercial Accounting Roles

Commercial Accountants work within the commercial sector (as opposed to a chartered accounting firm) this is also known as working in industry.  Many accountants start out their career within a chartered accounting environment as this is a very good training ground and then move after qualified (meaning becoming a CA member with the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants) to the commercial sector. Equally however there are many, usually larger corporates, in the commercial sector who train accountants through to full CA qualification with NZICA.  To do this they need to be an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) with the NZICA. Evolve Recruitment cover both the commercial and chartered accounting sectors.
